2015 Barolo DOCG Gabutti, Piedmont, Italy

Nutty, earthy and tobacco scent of predominantly red berries with a little dried flowers, slightly peppery spice and tar. Tart, ripe, quite juicy fruit with nutty and tobacco wood aromas, some cocoa on the palate, very delicate jammy tones, crumbly, fine tannin, power and good persistence, relatively dark type, mineral notes in the background, some depth, very good, juicy and slightly cocoa spicy finish.
