2012 Colli Piacentini DOC Catavela, Emilia Romagna, Italy

Translate to English Trübes Goldgelb. Deutlich vegetabile, etwas kohlartige, erdige und eine Spur tabakige Nase mit Zitrus- und Kernobstaromen, einem Hauch Speck und Suppenfond sowie gewürzigen, mineralischen und leicht getrocknet-floralen Tönen. Feinsaftige, eher schlanke Frucht, hefige, leicht nussige und pflanzliche Töne, deutlicher, mürber Gerbstoff, sehr feine, dabei straffe Säure, gewisse Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, helle Nusstöne, kühler Stil, im Hintergrund erdig bis mineralisch, sehr guter, wieder feinsaftiger und angedeutet tabakiger Abgang mit lebhafter Säure und viel Gerbstoff-Griff.
