Translate to English Bernsteinfarben. Fester, deutlich vegetabiler, etwas gelb-gewürziger und an Senfsaat, Senfgurken und Dill erinnernder Duft mit floralen und leicht hefigen Tönen, zitrusbetonten Aromen gelber Früchte, etwas Weißkraut und erdig-mineralischen Tönen. Klare, schlanke, ziemlich saftige Frucht, wieder gelbe Würze, florale Aromen und pflanzliche Töne, lebendige, feine Säure und zarte Kohlensäure, merklicher Griff von feinem, reifem Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, im Hintergrund mineralisch, hat Leben, fester Bau, sehr guter, kühler, wieder saftiger Abgang mit Biss und speckigen sowie gewürzigen Anklängen.

Saftige und trockene Frucht im Mund, hell geröstete Nüsse, angetrocknete Zitrusschalen und etwas Petersilie, wieder Safran, Fleur de Sel und etwas Kreuzkümmel, reife Säure, animalische Nuancen, an Hähnchenfleisch erinnernd, kühle erdige Mineralik im Hintergrund, feinsandiger Gerbstoff, nachhaltig, sehr guter, feinsaftiger Abgang mit feinem Gerbstoff-Griff.
