2016 Catavela, Italy

Golden yellow. A hint of reductive, clearly vegetal and a little yeasty nose with yellow fruit notes and tones reminiscent of root vegetables and a hint of bacon. Cool, light-bodied and tart on the palate, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal notes, light yeasty and some spicy yellow notes, lively acidity, white peppery traces, light floral notes, full-bodied, good to very good finish.
