Light, very slightly cloudy amber. Quite complex aroma with vegetal, yellow-spicy and mushroomy notes, floral and bacony nuances, a lot of yeast, rather restrained yellow-fruity aromas, a little fennel and a trace of rock candy. Clear, tart, fine-juicy fruit with distinct yeasty notes, vegetal, floral and slightly mushroomy tones, some yellow spice and nutty traces, very fine acidity, lots of grip of friable tannin, persistent, a touch bacony, some depth, quite complex, very good, tart finish with chalky and yeasty tones, yellow spice, cool juice and again noticeable tannic grip
