2003 "Borc Dodòn" uis blancis, Friuli/Venezia-Giulia, Italy

Slightly smoky nose with hay, some honey, dried apples and pears, sugar candy and dried flowers with notes of caramel. Fairly cool style, light vegetal notes, restrainmed fruit, integrated spicy oak with light roasted notes, some more sugar candy and caramel on the palate, mineral traces, full-bodied with well-integrated alcohol, good substance and persistence, floral notes, good long finish.
