Translate to English Dunkles Bernstein. Floraler Duft nach getrockneten gelben und etwas roten Früchten mit süßlich-gewürzigen Aromen. Reife, teils getrocknet wirkende Frucht, Kandisnoten und vanillig-würzige Aromen, sehr feine, reife Säure und viel mürber Gerbstoff, getrocknet-vegetabile Aromen, nachhaltig und ziemlich kräftig, präsenter, warmer Alkohol, Heilkräuter, ein Hauch Speck, holzige Noten, sehr guter Abgang mit oxidativen Aromen und Noten geräucherter Nüsse. Sehr eigenwillig, aber auch sehr gut - und vor allem wohl ziemlich unverwüstlich.

Editor note: Some honeydew melon, dried pomaceous fruit and red currants on the nose, sugar candy and dried flowers, iodine, tobacco and oak, light volatile notes. Some oxidative fruit on the palate, some mroe dried fruit, hint of caramel and sugar candy, malted notes, roasted notes and noticeable tannins, very persistent and quite complex, quite full-bodied but not clumsy, very long finish. Totally uncompromising, wild style, needs aeration.
