2009 Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT Nosiola Fontanasanta, Trentino, Italy

Editor note: Slightly oxidative, spicy, fairly complex nose, juniper and bay leaves, yellow fruit, light yeasty, roasted, vegetal and herbaceous notes, some spicy rice. Quite firm on the palate, creamy, delicately oxidative yellow fruit, fairly prominent herbs and spices, vegetal notes, elegant, lively acidity, delicate roasted and noticeable nutty notes, full-bodied and fairly juicy, good to very good finish. A slightly unusual wine, but very good. Enjoy with Thai dishes involving peanuts, prawns in tempura, chicken teriyaki and similar dishes.
