Translate to English Kühle, noch etwas unentwickelte, leicht pflanzliche bis kräuterige und gewürzige Nase nach teils eingemachten Kirschen, schwarzen Beeren und einer Spur Himbeeren mit sehr feinen getrocknet-floralen und mineralischen Anklängen sowie ganz leicht animalischen Tönen. Kühle, geschliffene, feinsaftige, dabei konzentrierte Frucht, wiederum noch ein wenig unentwickelt, zarte kräuterige Aromen und einen Hauch pfeffrige Würze, sehr feines, jugendliches Tannin, nachhaltig am Gaumen, eleganter Stil, feinster Säurebiss, im Hintergrund Mineralik, ein Hauch Kandis, noch jung, gewinnt mit Luft noch deutlich an Saft, Finessen und Komplexität, leicht salzig, sehr guter bis langer, ausgesprochen saftiger und zart würziger Abgang mit Spuren von Kandis und Lakritz. Legt mit Luft stetig zu. Meisterlich.
