Translate to English Kräuteriger, gewürziger und leicht nussig-holziger Duft mit feinen gelbfruchtigen und zart floralen Aromen, einer Spur Kandis, Senfsaat, Sanddorn, gewisser Mineralik und zart vegetabilen Noten. Fest, herb-saftig und leicht schmelzig im Mund, mit kräuterigen und hellen nussig-holzigen Aromen, wieder auch Sanddorn, sehr feiner Säure und mürbem Gerbstoff, nachhaltig und dicht am Gaumen, etwas ins Salzige gehende Mineralik, vielschichtig, gewisse Tiefe, mittlere Kraft, sehr guter bis langer Abgang mit minzigen Noten und etwas Salbei. Zum Saltimbocca vermutlich eine Sensation.
