Translate to English Noch einen Hauch reduktiv wirkender, ein wenig getrocknet-vegetabiler und -floraler Duft nach Sauerkirschen und mehr schwarzen als roten Beeren mit erdigen Noten. Geschliffene, eher kühle, ganz zart säuerliche Frucht, noch leicht hefige Spuren, zart pflanzlich und erdig im Hintergrund, gewisser Biss und sehr feines, jugendliches Tannin, nachhaltig am Gaumen, mineralische, ins Salzige gehende Töne, eleganter Stil, ziemlich animierend, dabei noch unentwickelt, guter bis sehr guter, herb-saftiger Abgang. Exzellenter Essensbegleiter.
