Cool, fairly deep nose, vegetal and fresh herbaceous notes, delicate floral touch, clay and chalky earthy traces, ripe apricots and some mango, pumpkin, yellow pomaceous fruit and broccoli, nutty and yeasty traces. Fairly mature, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, ground almonds, egg white and lemon verbena, dried floral traces, touch of linden flowers, white earthy and mineral notes, ripe acidity, fine sandy tannins, very good persistence and excellent balance, touch of curcuma, very good, long, polished finish.
