Translate to English Fester, kräuteriger und etwas speckig-fleischiger Duft nach überwiegend dunklen Beeren und Kirschen mit Holunderblüte, etwas pfeffriger Würze und erdig-mineralischen Tönen. Straffe, noch extrem jugendliche, herb-saftige, dunkle Frucht mit rauchigen, erdigen und getrocknet-pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen Noten, präsentes, feines Tannin und gewisser Säurebiss, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, rauchig im Hintergrund, erdig-mineralische Töne, auch Salz, viel Griff, noch unentwickelt, sehr guter, leicht tabakiger Abgang mit kühler, saftiger schwarzer Frucht und ätherischen Noten.
