Translate to English Fester, eher kühler, hefiger, nussiger und angetrocknet-pflanzlicher Duft mit hellen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, floralen Nuancen, Mineralik und ein wenig gelber Würze. Klare, herbe, kühle, sehr helle Frucht, deutlich hefig, etwas nussig und gelb-gewürzig, lebendige, feine Säure und merklicher, reifer Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, viel helle Mineralik, gute Tiefe, hat trotz des geringen Alkohols gewissen Schmelz, Substanz und Kraft, sehr guter, recht komplexer Abgang. Braucht Luft.
