Light earthy and dried vegetal notes on the nose, hint of tobacco, mixed berries and a few cherries, pepperyspice, some dried herbs. Firm, tart fruit on the palate, fairly prominent acidity, fine sandy tannins, dried vegetal and peppery notes, light mineral notes, hint of citrus fruitm full body, good persistence, hint of tobacco, light lemony traces, hint of bacon and some herbaceous notes 9on a good to very good tart finish.

Editor note: Nutty notes and some peppery spice on the nose, meaty traces, predominantly dark berries and some cherries, earthy and vegetal notes, noticeable high alcohol. Slightly muted fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous notes, slightly astringent tannins, hint of blood orange, earthy and more herbaceous notes, fairly full-bodied and persistent, hint of bitter ashes, good, tart finish.
