2016 Piemonte DOC Barbera Vignot, Piedmont, Italy

Tart nose, light dried vegetal and earthy notes, black berries and some cherries, hint of undergrowth. Fairly tart, elegant, juicy dark fruit on the palate, vegetal and light nutty notes, hint of undergrowth, light bite, fine sandy tannins, fairly good persistence and substance, slightly creamy, mineral traces, good to very good finish, tart, juicy and grippy.
