2013 Dogliani DOCG Galantòm, Piedmont, Italy

vegetal and light earthy notes on the nose, hint of mustard seed, dark fruit. Tart on the palate, earthy notes and dried vegetal aromas, hint of undergrowth, touch of brittle, sandy tannins, fairly persistent, dried mushrooms in the background, slightly rustic style, herbaceous traces, hint of tobacco, some pencil shavings, good to very good tart finish.
