Translate to English Nussiger, leicht holzwürziger und ein wenig karamelliger Duft nach reifem Kernobst und etwas Melonen mit ein wenig Zitrusfrüchten und mineralischen Noten im Hintergrund. Fest gewirkte, herbe, reife Frucht, nussige, hefige und ganz leicht vegetabile Aromen, feine Säure, Kraft und Substanz, Schmelz, aber auch viel Griff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, kompakter Bau, feine, bitterliche, leicht tabakige Würze, herbe Mineralik, zart kräuterige Nuancen, sehr guter Abgang.

Klare, trockene, herbwürzige Frucht im Mund, nussig und leicht tabakig, sehr feine Säure, viel Schmelz, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gewürzige Anklänge, erdige und salzige Mineralik, fester Bau, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang mit bitterlicher Würze.
