2005 Cesanese di Olevano Romano DOC Terre Olibani, Latium, Italy

Cool nose, preserved red berries and a hint of plums, delicate spicy notes. Predominantly red fruit again on the palate, light spicy oak, quite fine, only slightly astringent tannins, fairly lively acidity, slightly persistent, mineral traces, attractive to good finish.
