Dried pomaceous fruit and some citrus on the nose, fairly mature with light earthy notes. Mature again on the palate, tranquil with some dried pomaceous fruit, slightly tart citrus notes, touch of tannin, integrated acidity, reminiscent of a base wine for sparkling wine production, shows its origin, tart on an attractive finish.
