Oltrepo Pavese V.S.Q.P.R.D. Pinot Nero-Chardonnay Brut Pinot nero rosé, Lombardy, Italy

Quite a clear nose, red berries, some dried flowers and delicate old oak. Red berries and some pomaceous fruit on the palate, some more old oak, very fine mousse, full-bodied, persistent, very creamy, delicate touch of caramel, has some depth, some more spicy oak and a hint of caramel on a very good finish.
