Slightly mature nose, delicate nutty, yeasty notes, toffee apples and hay. Not too full-bodied, harmoniously mature with gentle yellow fruit, a touch of dark caramel in the background, moderate acidity is fresh and polished, and provides backbone, mousse fairly tranquil, has some substance, attractive finish. Good partner for food.
