Dried yelow fruit on the nose, some hay, spicy yeasty notes, rustic and earthy. Bitter spicy yeasty notes on the palate, robust yellow fruit, some hay, some carob, cloves and dried herbs, frothy mousse, has some substance and persistence, crisp and slightly earthy, shows its origin, attractive finish.
