2001 Caluso Passito DOC, Piedmont, Italy

Dried yellow fruit, delicate honeyed notes on the nose, hint of dried herbsm caramel and smoky roasted notes. Creamy and sweet in the mouth, more dried fruit and quite prominent honeyed notes, elegant acidity, integrated spicy oak, persistent on the palate, still youthful, full-bodied, good depth and persistence, very creamy, extremely harmonious, long finish.
