Translate to English Kräuterig-pflanzlicher und zart floraler Duft mit gelb- und grünfruchtigen Aromen, Hefe und einer Spur Gummi. Pflanzlich und hefig auch im Mund, etwas Gummi, fast ein wenig metallische Anklänge, lebhaftes, relativ feines Mousseux, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, recht präsenter Säurebiss, auch griffig am Gaumen, erdige bis mineralische Anklänge, guter bis sehr guter, eher herber Abgang.
