Translate to English Etwas nussiger, floraler und leicht pflanzlicher Duft nach überwiegend roten Beeren mit einem Hauch Paprika und Kakao, viel Marzipan sowie angedeutet Suppenkräutern. Recht straff gewirkte rote Frucht mit merklich Kakao, gewürzigen Tönen, ein wenig Kräutern und wieder einer Spur Paprika, präsentes, feinsandiges, etwas antrocknendes Tannin, gute Nachhaltigkeit, hat Kraft, an Schweineschmalz erinnernde Töne im Hintergrund, Kakao, Nuss und etwas Lakritz, leicht pfeffrig, gewisse Tiefe, im Hintergrund auch salzige Mineralik, reife, saftige, teils kandierte Frucht und gewürzige Aromen im sehr guten Abgang.
