2009 Soave DOC La Broia, Veneto, Italy

Translate to English Deutlich hefiger, zart nussiger und auch pflanzlich-würziger Duft mit Kernobst- und Zitrusaromen sowie mineralischen Tönen. Klare, straffe, feinsaftige Frucht mit hefiger und pflanzlicher Würze, lebendige Säure am Gaumen, etwas nussig, hat Griff und Biss, recht nachhaltig, gute Substanz, im Hintergrund Mineralik, gewisse Tiefe, noch immer eher jung, sehr guter, ganz leicht gedeckter Abgang mit deutlicher Mineralik. Hat sich seit der ersten Probe noch einmal positiv entwickelt.

Editor note: Slightly muted nose with light yeasty notes, fresh vegetal and nutty notes, pomaceous fruit and light earthy notes. Quite firm on the palate, tart citrus and apple fruit, vegetal and nutty aromas, more yeasty notes, initially slightly muted and rough, but also fresh with an acid bite, becomes more harmonious with aeration, prominent herbaceous notes, light mineral notes, good to very good finish.
