Translate to English Rauchiger, nussiger und deutlich vegetabiler Duft mit mürb-gelbfruchtigen und leicht buttrigen Aromen. Fest gewirkte, reife, saftige, etwas schmelzige Frucht mit rauchiger, getrocknet-pflanzlicher bis tabakiger und nussiger Würze, nachhaltig und griffig, etwas Biss, deutliche, herbe, rauchige Mineralik, etwas Tiefe, mittlere Kraft, sehr guter, fester, herb-saftiger und -würziger Abgang. Immer noch in hervorragender Verfassung.

Fest gewirkt und relativ kühl im Mund, feinsaftige Frucht mit kräuterigen, gelb-gewürzigen und mineralischen Noten, lebendige Säure und etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, noch jung, gute Nachhaltigkeit, ein Hauch Olivenöl am Gaumen, angedeutet Speck, sehr guter, straffer, etwas würziger und wieder mineralischer Abgang.
