2014 Barolo DOCG, Piedmont, Italy

Slightly dried floral and earthy nose, red and black berries, some tobacco and some light roasted notes. Ripe, juicy fruit on the palate, more roasted notes, some tobacco and peppery notes, nutty notes, some cocoa and coffee, also some cardamom-like oak, good substance and persistence, slightly warm, fine sandy, mature tannins, very good finish dark juice and spicy aromas.
