Süßliche Frucht im Mund, recht saftig, feine vegetabile Aromen, etwas nussig am Gaumen, ein Hauch Speck, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, noch hefige Anklänge, sehr feine Säure, gewisse Substanz, auch im guten, leicht rauchigen Abgang relativ süß.
