Translate to English Fester, kräuteriger Kernobst-Zitrusduft mit leicht hefigen und nussigen Tönen sowie deutlicher, herber, steinig-erdiger und salziger Mineralik. Reife, saftige, ziemlich fest gewirkte Frucht, hefige, getrocknet-pflanzliche und deutlich herb-mineralische Noten, feiner Säurebiss, etwas Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, ganz leicht rauchig, gewisse Tiefe, relativ kräftig, mit Schmelz, aber auch viel Griff, tabakige Nuancen, holzige Anklänge, Trockenkräuter, sehr guter bis langer Abgang mit viel Salz und herben nussigen Tönen. Hat noch einmal deutlich zugelegt.

Editor note: Translate to English Eher herber, erst zurückhaltender, dann intensiverer, leicht getrocknet-pflanzlicher, erdiger und eine Spur petroliger Duft mit nussigen und ganz zart holzigen Aromen, Kernobstnoten, einer Spur Kräuter und deutlicher Mineralik. recht fest gewirkte, saftige, dabei ruhige Frucht, deutlich vegetabil und auch erdig, wieder nussige Aromen, sehr feine Säure, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gewinnt mit Luft an Substanz und Saft, sehr mineralisch, welk-florale Spuren, helle pilzige Spuren, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, nur ganz leicht antrocknender Abgang.
