Translate to English Deutlich vegetabile, ganz leicht reduktiv wirkende, auch etwas erdige Nase mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Noten. Fruchtig und nicht restlos trocken wirkend im Mund, vegetabil, zart nussig und erdig, lebendige, feine Säure, ein Hauch Kandis am Gaumen, rauchige Spuren und Kräuter, angedeutete Kohlensäure, gewisse Mineralik, guter, wieder fruchtiger Abgang mit etwas Schmelz, aber auch Biss.
