2016 Soave DOC Le Cervare.Vulcano, Veneto, Italy

Rather firm, somewhat herbaceous-vegetable and quite clearly mineral fragrance with fine citrus and pome fruit aromas and a hint of olive oil. Clear, juicy, somewhat melted fruit with herbal-vegetable, delicately yeasty, nutty and hinted peppery notes, again also olive oil on the palate, very fine acidity, certain melting and some grip, good depth, rather dark mineral tones, plus salt, very good, again nutty and also slightly buttery finish.
