Slightly spicy, vegetal and floral fragrance with subtle yellow fruit notes. Very tart, restrained fruit, fairly firm acidity, vegetal, earthy and spicy notes, lots of bite, fairly persistent, tones reminiscent of artichokes, tart finish with slightly bitter citrus notes.
