2004 Puglia IGT Nero di Troia "Torre del Troia", Apulia, Italy

Muted berry fruit on the nose, slightly stalky with some earthy and light mienral notes. Berries in the mouth, dried herbs, some licorice and dried prunes, shows some character and structure, moderate mineral notes, quite lively in spite of its tranquil character, integrated tannins, not a lot of substance, but fairly persistent, good finish.
