2010 Malvasia di Castelnuovo Don Bosco DOC, Piedmont, Italy

Delicate floral and herbaceous notes on the nose, preserved red berries, hint of rosewood, sweet almonds. Light-bodied, cool, sweetish fruit on the palate, delicate herbaceous notes, very fine mousse, floral traces, very refreshing and pleasant to drink, restrained tannins, fairly persistent, not particularly deep, but very meticulously crafted, quite a good finish.
