2003 Chianti Classico DOCG "Cultus Boni", Tuscany, Italy

Translate to English Holzwürziger und nussiger Duft nach sehr reifen, eingemachten schwarzen Beeren und Kirschen mit Paprikanoten und etwas Bitterschokolade. Ziemlich kräftig im Mund, sehr reife, eher weiche, leicht kompottige Frucht und deutliche, etwas nussige und leicht röstige Holzwürze, teils mürbes, teils etwas trocknendes Tannin, viel Schmelz am Gaumen, vegetabile Nuancen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, nicht ewig tief, zarter Säurebiss, bleibt dennoch relativ weich, sehr moderner Stil, sehr guter, alkoholwarmer Abgang.

Loads of oak on the palate, sweetish jammy fruit, noticeable alcohol, malted notes, astringent oak tannins, roasted notes and chocolate, very full-bodied, good persistence, tobacco and roasted notes on the finish.
