Translate to English Herber, deutlich pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger und einen Hauch pfeffriger Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen und etwas erdigen Tönen. Nicht ganz trockene, feinsaftige, geschliffene Frucht mit zarten Kandisnoten und kräuteriger Würze, feine, lebendige Säure, zart kandiert-nussig und zitronig am Gaumen, süßlicher Abgang.
