Clear apple fruit on the nose, hint of citrus, spicy vegetal and delicate yeasty notes. Elegant juicy fruit on the palate, spicy vegetal notes, medium-fine mousse, good persistence, very harmonious, good grip, delicately spicy yeasty notes on quite a good finish.
