Fairly restrained, cool nose, light vegetal notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, nutty traces, light mineral notes. Clear, bone dry, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, prominent nutty aromas light oak, hint of tobacco, very elegant, livelyacidity, good persistence, some grip and depth, hint of bacon and mushrooms, light floral traces, touch of root vegetables, good to very good finish.
