Nose still yeasty and very reductive, vegetal notes, light hint of bacon, restrained yellow fruit, earthy notes. Clear, fairly juicy, ripe, sweetish fruit on the palate, sugar candy and a hint of caramel, elegant acidity, touch of candied nuts, light floral notes, earthy and mineral notes, salty traces, good persistence, elegant bite and grip on a good to very good, fairly firm, sweetish finish.
