2015 Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva "Basilica San Martino", Tuscany, Italy

Firm, tart and polished aroma of more black than red berries, with light tobacco and bacon aromas, a little tar, iodine and fleshy tones. Clear, ripe, juicy fruit with youthful, polished tannin and moderate, bitter chocolate and hinted sooty wood notes, a little tobacco on the palate, cedar nuances and a hint of pepper, lasting, restrained power, certain minerality, very good, firm, tart and juicy finish with rather dark spice
