Translate to English Deutlich hefige und vegetabile Nase nach teils angeschlagenen Äpfeln und Zitrusfrüchten mit viel Hefe und pilzigen Spuren. Straffe, säuerliche FRucht im Mund, deutlich hefig und pflanzlich, präsentes, mittelfeines Mousseux, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, eher kühler Stil, viel Biss, nussig-hefige Töne, ein wenig süß-sauer, aber mit Substanz und gewisser Tiefe, guter Abgang.
