Translate to English Duft nach kandierten Zitrusfrüchten, Quitten und etwas Steinobst mit leicht hefigen bis eine Spur brotigen und vegetabilen Nuancen. Sehr süße Frucht, aber auch ziemlich präsente Säure, dazu vegetabile Aromen, Kandisnoten und Karamell, leicht antrocknender Gerbstoff, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, erdige bis mineralische Töne im Hintergrund, leicht rau, eine Spur Honig, enorme Säure und viel Zucker auch im Abgang.
