Ripe, juicy, not completely dry fruit, candy tones, fine herbal aromas and floral traces, bergamot again, a hint of protein, very fine, lively acidity, candy tones in the background, crumbly apple, lasting, good substance and some depth, salty minerality, a hint of caraway, yellow-spicy traces, very good, firm, juicy and finely spicy finish
