The "Bioweingut Kemetner" is located in the municipality of Etsdorf in the Lower Austrian wine-growing region Kamptal, As early as 1641, Nikolaus Kemetner was mentioned at the parent company, while his son Johannes was referred to as "Vinitor in Etsdorff" in 1666. The family seal, documented in the middle of the 18th century and recently rediscovered (with a heart and three flowers growing from it and the initials "JK") decorates the label. Today, the company is run by Leopold Kemetner and son Simon in the 11th generation.

The vineyards cover nine hectares of vineyards in the vineyards Galgenberg, Hofstadt, Karl, Oberhasel, Wohra and Wolfsgraben. They are over 80% of the white varieties Grüner Veltliner ( leading variety with 60%), Riesling, Rivaner, Chardonnay, Red Muscat and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as with the red varieties Zweigelt, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon planted.
