2001 Cabernet Sauvignon Akronte, Marches, Italy

Dark berry nose, some cherries, light vegetal notes, quite dominant roasted oak, quite complex. Juicy cherry and berry fruit on the palate, chocolate, quite firm, medium depth, very soft, silky tannins, noticeable, very sweet new oak, good finish. Very well made in a very modern style.
