Mature mose with vegetal notes, predominently mature pomaceous fruit, herbaceous, peppery, earthy and mineral traces. Clear, dry and elegantly spicy on the palate, very typical vegetal notes, tart spicy fruit, very elegant acidity, earthy and mineral notes, hint of muscat, persistent and full-bodied, good to very good finish.

Editor note: Preserved citrus fruit and some pineapple on the nose, mineral and light vegetal notes, herbaceous traces. Clean, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, bone dry, with very elegant acidity and prominent mineral notes, some more herbaceous notes, good persistence, very harmonious and refreshing, elegant, tart, slightly earthy spice, very good finish.
