Tart herbaceous-vegetable nose with yeasty and nutty traces as well as restrained, bright yellow fruity tones. Tart, juicy fruit, clearly vegetal aromas, fine acidity, some grip, floral traces on the palate, a hint of capers, a trace of red berries in the background, still very slightly yeasty, earthy-mineral hints, good persistence, good, very slightly muted finish
