Translate to English Herber, etwas speckiger, nussiger und deutlich vegetabiler, auch ein wenig hefiger Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Noten und erdig-mineralischen Tönen. Recht fest gewirkte, herbe Frucht mit rauchigen, vegetabilen und speckigen Noten, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, feine Säure und etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, im Hintergrund erdige und salzige Noten, noch eher jung, guter bis sehr guter, herber, recht fester Abgang mit kühlem Saft, vegetabilen Noten und wieder auch ein wenig Rauch und Speck.
